Conditions for admission

To be accepted in the Résidence @STUDENT, it is a mandatory requirement to be able to justify that you:

hold student status either at a given faculty or university, or in undertaking a training contract or apprenticeship
are aged under 30
have PhD student status

Student requirements

Students whose income is under 3 times lower than the rent amount including service charges must rely upon the support of one individual guarantor, or two individual guarantors, in compiling their rental accommodation file.

Guarantor requirements

The guarantor must have an income at least equivalent to 5 times the rent amount including all service charges.

Two guarantors are accepted

In the case of a single guarantor not having an income which is at least equivalent to 5 times the rent amount, it is possible to add a second guarantor. The two guarantors must concurrently draw an income at least equivalent to 5 times the rent amount including service charges.

Requirements for young people in employment

Young people in employment must have an income equivalent to 3 times the rent amount including all service charges.
