What services are included in the rent payment?
Please refer to the description of the services included on the website.
The compulsory multi-risk insurance dwelling policy, to be effective at the latest on the day you pick up the key to your flat or studio, is not included (an insurance policy at a preferential rate will be offered to you).
How do I know whether my reservation is confirmed?
If your reservation is accepted (within an 8-day period, from the date we have all documents requested for us to consider your file), you will receive a Lease contract which you will be required to return to us, signed and initialled within 48 hours (through your account on our site).

What are the security arrangements at the residence?
Our reception is open 24/7. The Residence is manned including during the night, 7 days a week. Each tenant is able to gain entry to their accommodation using a swipe card and key.
Is there a telephone in the flat?
The flats do not have telephones.
Is there parking on-site?
The residence has a number of outdoor car parking spaces and a park for cycles, scooters and motorbikes.
However, there is no parking specifically allocated and numbered for each accommodation unit.
Is there Internet access?
There is broadband Wi-Fi which is free in your flat and in the communal areas, notably within the co-working space and the gym.
Are there on-site cleaning services?
A cleaning services is offered to you for a charge.
Where can I smoke?
It is prohibited to smoke in all communal and public areas.
Is it possible for residents to organise parties?
The residence has no premises to use for parties and during your everyday life in your flat, you must be considerate of other tenants. Non-compliance with this rule may lead to immediate premature termination of the Lease, in accordance with the internal rules which you must sign on the day you take possession of the flat.
Can I invite an individual to stay in my accommodation?
Such invitations are possible but the number of people staying in the flat must be in accordance with the terms of the Lease.

What if I wish to report a problem with my accommodation?
You should inform reception of all problems with your accommodation.
For details of what work constitutes “interventions” within your accommodation, please refer to the conditions stipulated in the Lease. We will help you to find a possible skilled tradesman if the repair is your responsibility.
Otherwise our maintenance team will intervene to carry out the repair.
Some small interventions can be requested at reception. Depending upon availability, our team will be able to complete the work, in return for invoicing you for this.
